Service Description

Sixty minute appointment to finish the initial intake, assess diet, and move forward with a treatment plan. This appointment is most commonly scheduled for 1 week after the initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Online cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time. Please contact me by phone to cancel or reschedule if your appointment is in less than 24 hours. Missed appointments, and appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at the rate of the booked visit.
