Service Description

This appointment is designed for diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses (for example, bladder infections, sinus infections). An acute appointment can only be booked for the same day. ... no advanced bookings. An acute appointment is only available to an existing patient. Please call or email to set up an acute appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Online cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time. Please contact me by phone to cancel or reschedule if your appointment is in less than 24 hours. Missed appointments, and appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at the rate of the booked visit.
